Beat The Clock se propose d’illustrer, en présentant le travail de quelques artistes, ce qui caractérise le Flop alias le throw-up, une des formes du langage urbain, signature à mi-chemin entre le tag et le graff, exécuté le plus rapidement possible sur les trains, les murs, les portes, les devantures,etc.
